In the brewing industry, beer fermentation produces significant quantities of CO2.

To control the fermentation process, vats are cooled by large ammonia refrigeration systems.

These two gases present considerable risks, ranging from suffocation to explosions, so any leaks must be dealt with.

BRASCO (part of the Heineken Group) engaged SEAS to install fixed-location detection systems in its breweries at Pointe Noire and Brazzaville, in the Republic of Congo.
